Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Perform regular custodial duties following schedule(s) in assigned area(s) Chaddock Education Center. Responsible for cleaning, polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, waxing, mopping, emptying trash, washing windows, replacing light bulbs, etc. 
• Receive instructions from the Associate Director of Operations verbally or in writing. Communicate with and provide feedback to the Associate Director of Operations concerning goals, objectives, concerns and overall conditions of the facilities. 
• Respond to an completes necessary tasks for all demand/preventative custodial requests in a timely fashion.
• Maintain adequate documentation of work preformed and work-related records. Prepare reports as directed.
• Assist with seasonal grounds work including cleaning sidewalks, driveways and play areas of debris and snow.
• Work with Associate Director of Operations to prepare for schedule and unscheduled evening and weekend activities. 
• Project a positive image of Chaddock with his/her team whenever the pubic, guests or visitors are in the buildings or on Chaddock's grounds.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on buildings and mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Complete training and follow all Chaddock policies and procedures related to custodial duties including meet the Green Cleaning goals Chaddock has outlined.
• Restock and maintain an appropriate level of custodial supplies and inventory. 
• Chaddock reserves the right to revise or change job duties and responsibilities from particular jobs and to assign other duties as necessary.
