Chaddock is Hiring an Admissions Manager Near Quincy, IL

Respond to inquiry calls and information from referral sources to identify, coordinate and communicate needed services. Provide initial review of client files for appropriate placement in Chaddock programs. Communicate with families, professionals and referral sources in regards to Chaddock programs and services. Provide support and assistance with county and/or state contracts as identified. Schedule and conduct teleconferences, tours, and visits with current or potential clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate the referral process by determining appropriate clients to match appropriate services and provides leadership and procedural efficiency regarding the admission of clients. Gather information needed to make appropriate decisions related to referrals. Communicate and collaborate in a timely manner with all levels of the organization on pertinent information regarding client placements and discharges.
  • Schedule and conduct tours, visits, Pre-Placement Interview (PPI)’s and placement for children, families and professionals depending on the referral source.
  • Communicate with families, professionals and referral sources in regards to Chaddock programs and services. Navigate families and/or referral sources to possible funding sources to obtain funding. Work collaboratively with families, funding sources and Chaddock’s Finance Department to ensure funding is in place prior to placement.
  • Assist in the marketing, promotion and education regarding Chaddock programs, network and build relationships with referral source
  • Develop and maintain systems to compile, track and organize data for inquires, analyze, place and discharge, report demographic and statistical data for both internal and external use and to facilitate marketing analysis and planning with proper help from the Quality Assurance Department.

Bachelor’s degree and three years (preferred) related experience in working with families and professional organizations
Be an American citizen or have a work permit
Pass a drug screen, medical examination and tuberculosis (TB) test
Pass a criminal background check
