Chad Elder State Farm is searching for a competitive team member who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.

As a member of Team, your training of insurance products will equip you to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated for success
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Comfortable in client communication
• Able to obtain Property & Casualty license
