Job Summary: CFSB is an OCC-regulated federal savings bank at the forefront of fintech, payments and lending. The Sr. Project Manager role will support the Central PMO team. It will focus on the execution of assigned tasks to support strategic initiatives. The individual will ensure timely and accurate tracking of execution in line with internal commitments, while ensuring there is appropriate governance and oversight as we execute through these initiatives. The role will require project management skills and the ability to manage a book of work consisting of several projects at any point in time, including taking meeting minutes and managing follow-up actions

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and implement plans to support key strategic initiatives.
• Identify key areas for improvement.
• Support special projects and program buildouts.
• Work closely with senior management on relevant updates.
• Promote organizational culture and work to improve the overall health of the organization through employee engagement, collaboration and values alignment.
• Responsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones on one or more projects.
• Assess project risk potentials and discover potential problems before they occur.
• Apply a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project participant progress against project goal.

Education, Training, and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management
• Must have Payments experience
• Strong work ethic and dedication to meet target dates.
• Experience managing projects with differing levels of complexity, budgets, time constraints, internal and external staffing solutions, and within multiple software systems from initiation through completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive with status updates and escalations is essential.
• Proficient with MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000/annually

"Base salary range does not include performance-based bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience."
