Ensures problem counts are completed immediately and properly to minimize the impact of “Can’t Finds.” Assists Finance and Director of Distribution in addressing and reconciling inventory variances.
  • Maintains the DC in an inventory and audit-ready condition. Ensures the operation meets standards for handling and storage. Oversees storage protocols and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental controls and safety. Establishes proper housekeeping and inventory organization to prevent product mix-ups, damage, deterioration, contamination, or other adverse effects. Ensure proper slotting to optimize storage utilization.
  • Participates in the recruitment and selection process for new DC employees and temporary labor. Assists Human Resources in employee onboarding.
