Job Description: Sales Operations Coordinator (or Manager)

CFL USA, LLC is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire a Distribution Manager that will report to our Managing Director (Commercial) in the US. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our business enablement functions that keep our organization in Adairsville, GA running strong. The position has a strong connection to the main facility in China, thus excellent communications skills are required. As the Distribution Manager, you will work across teams to provide the alignment, knowledge, resources and tools that help CFL USA deliver exceptional quality and service to our customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Main commercial position in CFL USA, ensuring customer and business priorities are delivered
  • Bridge / interface between CFL USA (factory), CFL NA (sales organization), CFL HQ in China.
  • Maintains full visibility on sales, orders, inventory, capacity, issues and provides insight to HQ 
  • Leads the weekly Commercial & Planning Meeting, with participation of HQ, CFL USA / NA
  • Works with HQ PDM, Supply Chain, QA to drive the localization of materials
  • Communicates and interacts with CFL HQ Customer Service team in China to assist in arrangement of sales order priorities in USA factory
  • Coordinates sales orders to production priorities with USA production planning team
  • Systematically releases goods to logistics team to ship outbound customer orders based on priority needs
  • After CS, escalation contact for CFL NA customers for real time issues regarding order questions or concern, for questions of order readiness dates – acting as a liaison to share info back to CFL HQ customer service team (first line of defense…)
  • Coordinates with logistics / warehouse team to prioritize outbound shipping schedules based on customer expectations and requests
  • Develops and implements SOPs for the Commercial function, provide leadership and structure to support them
  • Provides SAP and Systems leadership within the function
  • Provides communication and alignment with other teams within the organization
  • Coordinates and assists with budget planning and is responsible for operating within approved budget
  • Creates a teaming and knowledge transfer culture
  • Collaborates across locations and teams to promote seamless service to customers
  • Works closely with IMC (HQ) on QS, (dead) stock, one-time stock, etc… availability and sales 

Information and task process flow high level:

  • Input of customer order/PO in SAP sales order mod. by Customer Service (CS) team Jiashan (JS)
  • CS JS shares data with Distribution Manager regarding priority sets, dates needed by customer, which orders take higher priority and other related info
  • Distribution Manager acts as gateway to share this info with relevant parties inside USA factory- planning, logistics, warehouse, purchasing, finance
  • Sales Operation Coordinator reviews sales orders in SAP to match to priorities and double checking for any missing info or copies of attached customer PO

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Hires and manages other staff as needed.
  • Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
  • Sets up full project plans including; objectives, milestones, priorities, team, calendar and nature of deliverables
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Must be willing to travel internationally on occasion for training.

Requirements

Ability to work with all levels within the organization and build strong relationships

Exercises influence at many levels with internal and external customers

Can identify alternative solutions when necessary

Excellent communications skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor's or preferably Master degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience strongly preferred

5 plus years of relevant experience

3 plus years of experience managing people

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ideally, you’ll also have

Proficiency in automated calendar management tools (e.g. Outlook) and various IOS and Android mobile devices

Proficiency in MS SharePoint
