Job Summary Support the Sales organization in all administrative aspects with the objective to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for interfacing with customers, HQ sales (BD&CS manager) and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions, including order processing, sample preparing, etc.
Follow up customer purchase order scheduling, shipment with Planning, warehouse team.
Follow up the sample request, preparation, shipment based on customer/HQ sales team/ service representatives’ request.
Resolve routine and basic problems and communicates solution or requested information to the sales representatives.
Occasionally administrative works support for customer visit.
Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
Education and Experience
College degree or above
At least 1-year order processing experience or customer service role.
Skills and Abilities
Integrity, hardworking, careful & positive working attitude and team spirit.
Highly motivated and self-disciplined;
Pro-active, accountable.
Problem solver
Good communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
Good Microsoft Office skills required.
Can work under pressure.
Customer oriented.
