CFG Merchant Solutions, LLC (CFGMS) is a rapidly growing alternative finance company that provides working capital to small and medium sized businesses throughout the US in the form of Revenue Based Financing.

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Retention Specialist to be based out of our Glen Rock, NJ office. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to fill this position. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Collections and will be incentivized to collect on delinquent accounts and work out payment plans and settlements.

This person will:

• Be responsible for monitoring collection portfolios for delinquent accounts and actively conduct calls to follow-up on past due payments or negotiate new payment terms

• Manage a portfolio of accounts

• Contact and re-establish payments

Minimum Requirements:

• Driven personality

• Sales background (base plus commission model)

• Some knowledge of collection processes

• Experience in a fast – paced environment

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Ability to handle conflict / has thick skin
