CFG Merchant Solutions, LLC (CFGMS) is a rapidly growing finance company that provides working capital to small and medium sized businesses throughout the US in the form of Revenue Based Funding. CFGMS is looking for a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their Collections team. This role will be based out of our offices in Glen Rock, NJ. If you are an autonomous and fast learning person with a positive attitude, this may be the role for you.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Updating the status of active legal accounts
• Creating a process for managing UCC lien freezes
• Managing relationships with 3rd parties, including legal attorneys
• Document management (printing and mailing documents to relevant parties)

Key Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the US legal system
• Excel knowledge
