CrossFit Exclamation is looking for a part-time coach in Burlington, MA.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a coach who has their L1 Certificate (required), a passion for people, strong leadership skills, great verbal communication, and the ability to provide the proper technique and safety of CrossFit standards.

Required:

• Valid CrossFit Level 1, 2, or 3 certification
• 1 years CrossFit coaching experience

Responsibilities:

• Following prescribed programming and time management
• Tracking class attendance and sign-ins
• Attending all scheduled coaches meetings
• Member retention
• Minor house-cleaning and organization at end of shift
• Comfortable with communication of sales process for potential new members or drop-ins
