Our Client is now hiring Sales Manager who can lead MRO of the company's sales and Build a strong relationship with key customers, partners of each sales segment.
[Job Description]
- Monitors standards of the organization or Shipping & Procurement process.
- Manages current process improvement and new process development.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with key customers, partners of each sales segment.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional relationship, including marketing, product development.
- Establish and maintain sales processes and system to drive efficiency and productivity
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward the goals
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or Engineering field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales driven Customer Service organization,
preferably in a Manufacturing/Production environment
- Proficiency in Windows Excel, PowerPoint, Word required.
- An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal, communication skills.
- Capability to perform multi-tasks.
- Possess excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to resolve employee conflicts, problems, and complaints.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
- Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible.
- Good communication skills.
