Small hybrid charter high school is seeking a full-time, licensed ELA teacher to teach Reading Intervention/ELA classes. Familiarity with Read 180 is a plus.

This is a creative opportunity to work with students in small online Zoom classes (4 Zoom classes per day), as well as to shape new academic interventions and on-campus programs.

The ability to build rapport with "at-risk" students is essential. Must be able to manage Google Classroom and Zoom in building creative connections and learning experiences.

On-Campus work hours, Mondays-Thursdays, 10:00 am - 4:35 pm, with daily teacher prep hours able to be flexed on or off-campus. Total of 8 contract hours per day. Fridays are remote, online-only days.

We have excellent pay and benefits package. Spanish bilingual stipend available.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
