**Job Summary:**
Bryan Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to patients across various medical settings, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of medical procedures and patient care techniques.
We are currently offering a $2,500 Sign on Bonus for Full Time Hires!
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist in medical procedures including sonography and IV infusion
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Uphold high standards of infection control practices, including aseptic techniques
**Qualifications:**
- Valid nursing license in Ohio
- Familiarity with home care practices and procedures
- Proficiency in utilizing medical equipment and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
