The W.O.R.T.H. Center is Hiring a Nurse Near Lima, OH
The W.O.R.T.H. Center, a Community Based Correctional Facility, is accepting applications for a LPN in the Medical Department. This is a 25-30 hour per week position, working Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 12:00 pm. with the possibility of some weekends.
This position will work under the supervision of a registered nurse/ physicians assistant / or a doctor. This individual will be managed by our Director of Residential Services.
Job duties include but are not limited to: Administering medication as prescribed by a physician. Answering medical requests from residents and providing a response and or seeing and evaluating residents. Completing documentation of care given as well as keeping documentation and medications secure.
We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, team players, social, trustworthy and service-minded. This individual should also possess the characteristics of being self-motivated, dependable, ethical and ready to jump in and provide outstanding care and customer service to our residents.
Interested applicants must obtain and submit an employment application, which can be obtained in person Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our facility, located at 243 East Bluelick Road, Lima Ohio.
