Essential Functions and Requirements of ourMember Experience Coach:
- 7-10 years of experience in a trade services role, preferably leading a team in the HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing trades.
- Leadership and Guidance: Ensure client retention by building trust and rapport.
- Executive Presence: Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and throughout the business.
- Impact and Follow-Through: Conduct regular monthly calls, focusing on meaningful interactions.
- Mentorship, Systems, and Processes: Utilize CertainPath's systems and initiatives to aid in mentorship for individual member growth and profits.
- Provide Insight: Assist in identifying future event topics for member growth.
- Available to Travel: Attend Expos (our semi-annual conferences), support administrative functions, and lead group lessons.
- Coaching: Manage underperforming members with action plans.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Utilize Salesforce for member management and communication tracking.
- Presentation Skills: Present during Executive Perspective (new member orientation), which is held one week of the month, 10 months of the year.
- Facilitation Skills: Direct instructor-led training periodically. Schedule and facilitate monthly Executive Advisory Board meetings for annual objectives development.
- Member Engagement: Solicit testimonials and identify potential member referrals. Foster a teamwork culture among CertainPath membership groups.
Travel Expectations of our Member Experience Coach:
- Overnight, 15-25% to visit our members, vendors, and attend company events.
- Semi-annual participation in national CertainPath Expo is required.
- Facilitating for Onsite Training events as needed.
