We are currently hiring an Outside Sales Professional that is a hard-working, detailed, personable individual. Industry experience is not needed for this position, but sales and/or estimating experience is required.

- $70k-90k first year compensation expected. UNCAPPED commission as part of base salary commission structure

Your sales territory will be certain areas within the greater Boulder & Weld County areas, such as: Longmont, Firestone, Frederick, Boulder, and Berthoud, among others.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers (primarily in-person, occasional remote) to estimate projects and review our processes
- Write detailed proposals and provide estimate to customer during the appointment
- Follow-up with customers on outstanding proposals
- Provide support to production managers and painting crews
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including occasional home shows / trade shows, among others
- Complete administrative items needed to set up the crew and team for success on every project
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Strong written/verbal skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills for estimating
- Intermediate computer skills with experience in MS Office
- Proven record of ability to set, meet and exceed goals
- Previous sales or estimating experience preferred but not required
- Previous service industry experience preferred but not required
- College degree or coursework preferred but not required - Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
