We offer a variety of positions in our Long Term Care Department, and we're currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse/RN. The Licensed Practical Nurse/RN will be responsible for assisting in providing direct, quality nursing care to our patients, as well as providing emotional support and assisting in the delivery of medication, treatments and therapies.

ON CALL every 4th weekend!

Responsibilities:

• Perform common nursing tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding patients.
• Prepare patients for surgery or other medical procedures.
• Assess patient's condition and responses to medications and treatments.
• Participate in the development of a plan of care for the patient.
• Assist in the implementation of the plan of care.
• Document patient observations and interventions given to the patient on a regular basis.
• Communicate with doctors and other nurses about patients' conditions and progress.
• The LPN/RN Lead participates in the development and implementation of the nursing/interdisciplinary care plan.
• The LPN/RN Lead conducts a focused observation of the resident during a change in condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $42.53 per hour
