DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Own the Order Management course curriculum and development activities for Parts IT Modernization, for students who are primarily dealers and Parts Support Services team members.
• Modify training needs and determine appropriate training requirements and delivery methods for students.
• Create course objectives, design course material, independently or collaboratively, aligned with curriculum plan.
• Drive stakeholder consent reviews during the development process, and course material hand-off discussion and activities with the digital process experts and regional functional experts.
• Work with John Deere University team, ensuring training courses and course information are available to students.

REQUIRED :

• 2 or more years' experience in software application, process, and systems training.
• Strong communication, change mindset and relationship management skills.
• Strong, demonstrated examples of driving collaboration and inclusion.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (early morning / evening) when necessary to support global business needs.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor's degree in communications or any related field
