Location : Waterloo, IA

Duration of Role: 1 years

Pay : $25.01 / hourly

Hours : 7:00 am – 3:00 PM with very little overtime.

Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work to ensure employees are aware of, understand, and know how they can impact the goals for their Business Unit.

· Provide communication support to departments, employee directed group, and managers to assist in identifying communication needs and messaging.

· Deliver communications and graphic elements to internal and external partners that align with organization's goals

· Plan, edit, and manage communications and activities for Waterloo Operations

· Adhere to brand standards and tone when creating digital signage, printed content, digital content, and videos

· Assist in identifying communication needs and messages

· Assist in executing communication activities for Waterloo

· Operations (creation of materials for events, photography,

· video, etc.)

· Serve as liaison with suppliers

· Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· High working knowledge of Adobe Suite software

· Familiarity with design concepts and principles

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong organizational skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications / Graphic Design / Business discipline or equivalent work experience

DESIRED:

· Photography and camera skills

· Video filming and editing skills

· X20 experience

· SharePoint design experience

Additional notes:

Business casual dress code. May drive personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings.
