CEO Warrior, a leader in helping residential service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration...) reach their full potential, is seeking a full-time Digital Media Content Producer to join our marketing team in East Brunswick, NJ.

The Digital Media Content Producer will be responsible for producing original creative video content and graphics for use on our websites, social media, ad campaigns, email templates and more. While the ideal candidate will adhere to the current brand guidelines, CEO Warrior is looking for someone who steps outside of the box and can create and revitalize campaigns and current looks within our marketing.

The Digital Media Content Producer should have the proven ability to handle multiple projects at once with experience in production and post-production. Candidate should have a team mentality and an assertive attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to express our company's views creatively and remain true to the company's brands. This person will work within the marketing department and adhere to the content marketing plan while remaining flexible in an always shifting market.

Candidate should be able to:

• Understand and execute all components of graphic requirements from conception to final delivery.
• Shoot video during live events and in office for interview
• Creatively conceptualize how to shoot in order to deliver the best storyboard
• Execute and edit
• Collaborate with team on all projects to produce high quality graphic and video deliverables
• Script, shoot and edit all in house content creation including virtual classes, product demo videos, informative and social media videos
• Create content within established brand guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms and content requirements across channels.
• Editing abilities and handle elements of post-production, including timeline-based animations/graphics, color correction, etc.
• Design web-based advertisements and marketing and create graphics to aid in social media and email marketing strategies.
• Work with the product education team to collaborate on virtual trade show and event planning and preparation.
• Remain on top of the latest digital technologies and trends.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with a group.

Skills:

• Have a strong understanding of digital design aesthetics and trends
• Advanced knowledge in the use of MacOS
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Proficiency with Video Editing (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier)
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
