CLIENT SUCCESS / ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

In this client management role, you guide and assist our members along their journey, ensuring they receive the most out of the program, training, and resources we offer. Through consistently reaching out to members about their growth, you ensure they are reaching goals. Your strong interpersonal and management skills allow for a trusting relationship with members and retention in member accounts. As a planner, you look ahead to analyze client needs and generate reports to track retention and happiness levels. Working internally, you close any gaps in communication and lend a helping hand wherever needed. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, apply today!

  • 3 years experience in related account management and relationship field
  • Well-developed negotiation, project, and advisory skills
  • Locals preferred
