We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide aid to our Director of Training and maintain order within our organization. If you have expertise with Microsoft and Google Suite programs, especially Excel and Google Docs/Sheets, and impressive communication skills, please reach out to us!
Responsibilities:
Tracking Meeting Attendance: Ensure accurate attendance records for all company-wide meetings, training sessions and events
Agent One-on-Ones: Assist in coordinating and scheduling one-on-one meetings between agents and the Director of Training, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
Creation of Zoom Meeting Invites: Prepare and send out Zoom meeting invitations for various training sessions and team events
Post-Meeting Follow-ups: Organize and disseminate relevant documents and information after meetings, ensuring all team members receive necessary updates
Coordinating Zillow and Realtor.com Team Activities: Collaborate with our real estate agents on behalf of our Director of Training to coordinate their activities on Zillow and Realtor.com teams maximizing our ROI and lead generation efforts
General Administrative Tasks: Assist in day-to-day administrative duties, including managing calendars, answering phones, and scheduling meetings
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a MUST. The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
Prior experience in real estate administration is a plus, but not required. However, a willingness to learn about the real estate industry is essential
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software and tools
Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of professionalism, and solve problems
