Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for parts, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen interest in the parts industry.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to understand their parts needs
- Parts look up on computer / books
- Warehousing parts / shipping receiving
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage customer information and sales records effectively
- Parts experience in the automotive / construction industry
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for pricing calculations and financial transactions
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with sales management practices in a dealership setting
