The General Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities at our dealership located in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. This individual will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure successful vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure.
Compensation & Benefits:
The General Sales Manager will receive a competitive base salary, plus commission on sales. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all sales activities at Century 3 Kia.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic business decisions
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and revenue
Work closely with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
Ensure that sales team provides excellent customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Monitor and manage inventory levels to match customer demand
Train and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge of products and services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive market
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
