The General Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities at our dealership located in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. This individual will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure successful vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage all sales activities at Century 3 Kia. 

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and dealership sales goals 

• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic business decisions 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and revenue 

• Work closely with the finance department to secure financing options for customers 

• Ensure that sales team provides excellent customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction 

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to match customer demand 

• Train and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge of products and services 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent field 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role 

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals 

• Excellent leadership and management skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 

• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools 

• Knowledge of industry trends and competitive market 

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
