CENTURY 21 Scheetz is Hiring a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Near Carmel, IN

CENTURY 21 Scheetz is currently looking to expand its Transaction Management Department with a full-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Transaction Manager/Coordinator. We are seeking an experienced individual with a minimum of two years of transaction coordination experience and an active Indiana Real Estate License.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the contract-to-close process for agents, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure completion of all tasks associated with each transaction.
  • Coordinate preliminary and final title work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage transaction timelines to facilitate successful closings.
  • Maintain professional communication with all involved parties throughout the process.
  • Verify completeness and signatures on all required paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales or transaction coordination.
  • Active Indiana real estate license or referral status.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both in-office and remote work arrangements.
