We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales. Note...this position is partially commission-based.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
- Use telemarketing techniques to engage prospects and identify their needs
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update sales records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Conduct warm calling to existing customers for upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability
Skills:
- Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing
- Proficiency in using CRM software preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade customers
- Knowledge of sales concepts and terminology is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
