Job responsibilities for this position include:

• Providing technical support for dental and medical offices for Windows desktops and servers, firewalls /VPNs, practice management/EMR software, imaging software.
• Installing Windows desktops, servers, and network equipment.
• Providing network administrator and hardware replacement recommendations.
• Ensuring that all service requests and the support we provide to resolve them adhere to SLA guidelines.
• Identifying, reporting, and resolving system issues.
• Troubleshooting diverse hardware, network, and software problems.

Job requirements:

• 2 years (preferred) experience with MSP
• Be comfortable with technology, have a positive, upbeat personality, and demonstrate unfailing reliability
• Dental or medical practice management and imaging software administration experience
• Experience in multi-software environments, with the ability to adapt or change mindset on a per-case basis
• Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to multiple environments and scenarios
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills as you interface with our staff and clients alike
• Ability to follow instructions
• Resourceful and self-starter mentality; ability to diagnose and work toward solutions on your own without having to be supervised at every step

Desired skills

• Technical or network certification is a plus
• Degree in information technology or related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience with active directory, terminal services, firewalls, VPNs, and general security policy (firewall and endpoint)

Additional Information

• M-F, 8AM - 4PM EST weekend and night availability as needed
• Location is remote but candidate MUST HAVE a quiet, private workspace environment where work phone calls may be made.
• Some travel is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
