Position Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:• Operate semi-automated equipment in a clean room for pilot production • Perform wafer processing: cleaning, coating, lithography, dicing & packaging • Prepare & handle hazardous chemical reagents • Read and follow SOPs • Observe, document & report on processes, problems• Collaborate closely with other team members and engineers.• Train other personnel • Adhere to and enforce strict safety guidelines QualificationsRequirements: • BS or equivalent degree in chemical engineering or related discipline• Experience in clean room & lab operations is desirable• Familiarity with microelectronics or medical device manufacturing technologies is desirable• Detail-oriented, able to learn quickly, respond to feedback, and communicate clearly.• Able to read and follow strict SOPs and regulations • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.• Safety-minded, disciplined workmanship, flexible hours.• Able to learn new skills, concepts and tasks as required.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
