The Corporate Trainer will create and oversee the implementation of new hire orientation for all corporate (Resource Center) team members and the training program for all operational roles within the organization, including onboarding new or newly promoted/transferred team members. The Corporate Trainer is responsible for the initial training and onboarding, coordination of additional training plans with the field, and ongoing training for new Field Staff Managers, Operations Directors, and Area Operations Directors. This includes developing and delivering training on the company's policies and procedures, best practices, and technology systems involved in executing the role. The Corporate Trainer also supports struggling team members and helps to ensure they meet the company's high-quality standards. This key role will assist in creating a training plan for all Resource Center roles that is ultimately implemented by managers in the respective roles. Lastly, this role will work on skill development training for prospective people leaders, new people leaders and current leaders of people throughout the Resource Center.
For the Operations role, success measures include training to competency on systems, processes, and tools in ABA operations, designing effective training programs and competency assessments, and ensuring documentation of procedures and policies are current and convey the intended processes and workflow to ensure the expected outcome is achieved. Success for orientation will be measured through life cycle surveys. Success in the role will be measured through the execution and creation of content in a timely manner that meets expectations and tangibly impacts engagement scores relative to training and retention of Resource Center team members.

While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day and walking and standing periodically. It may also require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
