Job Purpose
The Corporate Trainer will create and oversee the implementation of new hire orientation for all corporate (Resource Center) team members and the training program for all operational roles within the organization, including onboarding new or newly promoted/transferred team members. The Corporate Trainer is responsible for the initial training and onboarding, coordination of additional training plans with the field, and ongoing training for new Field Staff Managers, Operations Directors, and Area Operations Directors. This includes developing and delivering training on the company's policies and procedures, best practices, and technology systems involved in executing the role. The Corporate Trainer also supports struggling team members and helps to ensure they meet the company's high-quality standards. This key role will assist in creating a training plan for all Resource Center roles that is ultimately implemented by managers in the respective roles. Lastly, this role will work on skill development training for prospective people leaders, new people leaders and current leaders of people throughout the Resource Center.
Success Measures
For the Operations role, success measures include training to competency on systems, processes, and tools in ABA operations, designing effective training programs and competency assessments, and ensuring documentation of procedures and policies are current and convey the intended processes and workflow to ensure the expected outcome is achieved. Success for orientation will be measured through life cycle surveys. Success in the role will be measured through the execution and creation of content in a timely manner that meets expectations and tangibly impacts engagement scores relative to training and retention of Resource Center team members.
Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties
  1. Training
    • Create training content and curriculum for Operations and Resource Center teams associated with the software, process, and workflow updates.
    • Lead training content deployment to applicable team members within their initial onboarding, monitor completion of training content for ongoing training and communicate completion rates and information to department leaders to ensure 95% or greater completion within two weeks of deployment for new or ongoing solutions.
    • Maintain the relevance of all training content and ensure leadership sign-off and buy-in to the developed content.
    • Partner with the Quality Assurance Team and the Business Implementation Team on the creation, implementation, and execution of training.
  2. Process Implementation
    • Assist with developing new processes related to any software, technology, or overall business updates.
    • Oversee the rollout and implementation of new and updated processes and ensure effective change management and adherence to updates.
  3. Maintenance of Current Policies and Processes
    • Ensure that existing documentation is appropriately updated as software and policy updates are made.
    • Assist as needed with creating documentation for new policies and processes.
  4. Special Projects
    • Engage in special projects, as assigned, to support the operational effectiveness and overall service delivery.
  5. Compliance with Centria's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
  6. Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.
Rate
$60,000 to $70,000
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience
  • 3-5 years of training and facilitation experience; experience training operations roles is highly preferred
  • Experience with systems implementation, training development, and change management is highly preferred
Equipment and Technology Requirements
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Working knowledge of laptop and mobile devices such as iPads
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
  • Proficiency in screen reporting and video editing software (i.e., Camtasia)
  • Proficiency in CareConnect required

Working Conditions
  • Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
  • Travel of up to 20% may be required for the role.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day and walking and standing periodically. It may also require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
