The Director of Digital Ministry will manage and operate our digital ministry through the production of an engaging live stream worship experience that helps to build connections with the online community, creation and use of media for in-person worship, and the creation of video content as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Produce Live Stream worship services
• Recruit, train, supervise and schedule AV Techs for each service
• Create Lower Thirds and ProPresenter Slides for worship
• Produce and edit videos
• Maintain a library of photos, videos and presentations of worship services
• Set audio scenes for services on Yamaha LS9
• Prepare Directors Cues and AV Tech sheets for all services

Other Responsibilities:

• Attend weekly worship team meetings
• Provide AV support for church functions (special services and group gatherings) to include but not limited to Vacation Bible School, Music Camp, special Christmas services, and Holy Week
• Update and maintain AV related hardware and software as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in working in digital ministry
• Experience with YouTube for live streaming worship services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organization skills
• Experience with OBS, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier, Davinci Resolve, and ProPresenter 7. Will receive training to become proficient with these tools.
• Proficient as video editor, videographer and photographer
• Proficient with Yamaha LS9 and Soundcraft LX7ii or similar mixers
