Central Texas Heart Center is Hiring a Clinic LVN (FT) Near Bryan, TX

Welcome to Central Texas Heart Center! We are an established and thriving cardiology practice that has been taking care of hearts in the Brazos Valley for over 35 years.
We are seeking an experienced full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our busy and growing cardiology practice. Candidate must be self-motivated, accountable, dependable, organized and must possess strong ability to multi task. Must possess adequate computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate/utilize electronic medical records.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work as a team in the Central Nursing Center.
- Coordinate referrals and consults from referring physicians and/or hospital.
- Procedure/Outpatient imaging scheduling.
- Assist in procedures.
- Manage incoming symptom/medication/instruction/etc. calls for assigned providers.
- Ensure accurate medical records in charts.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Cardiology experience preferred but not required.
- e-ClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience required.
- Must hold a current State of Texas nursing license and be in good standing with the state.
- BCS certification.
Clinic Hours:
Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Thur, and 8am to 12pm Fridays
No call, no weekends, no nights.

- Starting salary is negotiable and is based on experience in several areas not limited to but including experience working in a fast-paced private practice or hospital setting in the area of cardiology, experience using EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred), progressive leadership experience working in a clinical setting with multiple providers.
