Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the construction or related industries. As a Project Manager at Central Striping Service, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines. This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Hilo, HI and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflow.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team performance and morale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in pavement marking or related services.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
