Our Contractor Assurance group is seeking a dynamic individual to join our field Performance Assurance team as a Project Performance Assurance Field Support (Senior/Principal). This role performs operational event investigations, facilitates critique meetings, implementation of cause evaluation (Root and Apparent) methodologies, extent of condition reviews and corrective action development with the goal of significantly reducing the likelihood of reoccurrence.
Work in a teaming environment that requires daily interface with all levels of management, Core Function Program areas and Project Field Management. This position is responsible for reviewing incoming issues for determination of significance, assignment of preliminary trend codes, assignment of issue ownership, and distribution of DOE generated issues to appropriate CPCCo organizations. Additional responsibilities consist of performing Administrator functions in the CPCCo integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) Issues Management, MOP and Assessment modules, including oversight of Condition Report closure, project and company level performance indicators and trending. Subject matter expert support for all Contractor Assurance System functions which could include programmatic authorities associated with procedure reviews and revisions.

A day in the life of a Performance Assurance Operations Support Specialist may also involve supporting the organization in the following areas:
* Effective and efficient documentation of event investigations, cause evaluations (Root and Apparent), corrective action management, assessments, and performance metric trending.
* Support existing Contractor Assurance System (CAS) monthly performance reporting, Occurrence Reporting, updates to PAAA and NTS databases as applicable.
* Participate in Trend Working Group activities, assisting with interface and reporting of identified trends to senior company leadership and DOE interfaces.
* Perform timely review of issues identified in the Integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) database.
* Effective implementation of extent of condition and effectiveness reviews in support of the issues management process.
* Support continuous improvement of all Contractor Assurance processes.
Basic Qualifications
* Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience.
* Principal Level Grade 20: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience performing Cause Analysis (Root and/or Apparent) of issues and Event Investigation.
* Experience facilitating Event Critiques.
* Experience in the performance of Regulatory Reporting.
* Experience in all aspects of Corrective Action Management.
* Demonstrated ability supporting high functioning teams.
* Knowledge of or practical experience in the principles of Human Performance Improvement.
* Displays ability to solve complex problems working with interdisciplinary personnel.
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
* Senior Level Grade 18: $104,175 - $131,425
* Principal Level Grade 20: $126,025 - $158,875
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
