Central Park Modern Dentistry is Hiring a Dental assistant Near Wheat Ridge, CO

Description :

An experienced EDDA / Dental Assistant is needed at Central Park Modern Dentistry , located in Denver, CO. This is a full-time, 4-day per-week position, plus 1 Friday per month.

Our ideal Dental Assistant will be passionate about providing a high level of patient care, enjoy being part of a collaborative and cohesive team, and take the initiative to jump in and help out wherever they are needed.

Responsibilities / Skills include but are not limited to :

  • Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
  • Reviewing patient health history
  • Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
  • Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day
  • Capturing diagnostic X-rays such as bitewings, FMX, Pano, CBCT, and IO Pics
  • Using Denticon to update patient charts
  • Maintaining OSHA standards
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements :

  • 2 or more years of clinical chairside Dental Assisting experience
  • EDDA certification
  • CPR- BLS Certification
  • Denticon experience is a plus but not required

Compensation details : 25-28 Hourly Wage
