Your Role as a Dental Assistant:

As a dental assistant at Open and Affordable Dental, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our practice's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing chairside assistance to our dentists during procedures, ensuring top-quality patient care.
• Maintaining a sterilized and organized dental environment to guarantee safety and efficiency.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout their dental visits.
• Assisting with appointment scheduling and maintaining detailed patient records.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for oral healthcare and a commitment to exceptional patient experiences.
• Experience as a dental assistant, certified or noncertified.
• Strong technical expertise
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
