Responsibilities and Duties:
Act as the point of sale and service for the delivery of Bank products and services including serving as the Banks primary retail banking contact with LPO commercial customers by processing various types of retail transactions.
Maintain effective level of retail product/program knowledge base to determine customer/prospect financial needs and sell appropriate bank product.
Actively seek business through new and existing relationship management.
Handle customer problems with professionalism, directing more complex issues seamlessly to management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
One month to three years of similar or related experience.
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Proficient computer and telephone skills. Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names.
Retail and/or prior banking experience preferred.
