Residential Project Manager

For over twenty years, Central Missouri Countertops continues to service residential kitchen and bath dealers, builders, home centers and designers within a three-hour radius of Columbia, Missouri. At CMC, we pride ourselves on providing beautifully superior results within the surfacing industry.

Qualifications:

The Project Manager position will be responsible for managing residential jobs through the sales, design, fabrication, and installation processes while adhering to specifications and maintaining accuracy.

Accountabilities:

• Communicate with clients to educate and inform them through the process
• Meeting with clients to select materials, accessories, etc. for their projects
• Utilize industry-specific job management software to manage projects
• Create and monitor purchase orders and track inventory for assigned and upcoming jobs
• Adhere to deadlines with sales, production, and install teams
• Completion of billing and submittal to the Finance team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to internal systems and procedures
• Other duties as assigned within an office environment

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or project management experience
• Applied knowledge in the construction industry
• Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Microsoft Office Suites

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. At times, employees are required to provide or verify job details to production staff within the shop environment.
