ROLE PURPOSE:

Perform the following job functions: assisting customers, maintaining records, answering phones, general office filing.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operates telecommunications system
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Create and / or maintain reports
• Communicate with customers both verbally and in written form
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail/packages
• Reconcile packing slips with purchase orders and invoices
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• ‪Paperwork filing and managing documents
• Ordering and maintaining office supply inventory
• Able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
• Assist the office personnel with various clerical duties as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Applied knowledge in accounting and business management systems
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong people skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
