Description
Title : Facilities Maintenance Specialist II (2nd shift : 4 : 00pm - 12 : 30 am, Monday - Friday)
Bargaining Unit / Salary Level :
Salary and Benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MSEA Support Unit Level 11A. This position is budgeted at $17.
01 / hour including a 2nd shift differential.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is general custodian work to include extensive cleaning of the facilities, classrooms, dorms, bathrooms and other buildings on campus.
Responsibilities also include minor building maintenance, such as snow removal from doorways, light bulb replacement, light carpentry tasks, minor plumbing and individual associated tasks as assigned.
