Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of Raynham
is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their Service Department. Some dealership experience is helpful, but we will train. We believe that culture makes a difference. Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative:

  • Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly, establishing rapport with the customer.
  • Work hand in hand with the Sales Department by introducing potential buyers to a member of the Sales Team when interest is shown for a possible trade-in.
  • Confirm appointments.
  • Assist customers on the Service Drive
  • Assist the Service Consultants
  • Other duties may be assigned


Qualifications/Requirements - Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills - we are looking for a very friendly and conversational 'people person'
  • Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • Goal-oriented and persistent with effective time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance at all times

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
