Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as an HR and Operations Coordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting both human resources and operational functions within our organization.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination of recruitment efforts including job postings across various platforms, candidate screening and interview scheduling in a timely manner.
  • Participate in job fair opportunities, representing the organization in recruiting potential candidates.
  • Facilitate intern onboarding processes, including orientation and coordination of trainings.
  • Assist the HR Director with ensuring regulatory compliance of all personnel charts.
  • Cross train in areas such as; marketing, staff onboarding and worker’s compensation enhancing versatility and team efficiency. Also provide flexible HR support ensuring continuity in the absence of the HR Director.
  • Maintain individual provider files to include up to date information needed to complete the required governmental and commercial payer credentialing applications.
  • Maintain internal provider grid to ensure all information is accurate and logins are available.
  • Work closely with the billing department to identify and resolve any denials or authorization issues related to provider credentialing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year experience in the field of human resources.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate other computer systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities

Clearances

In accordance with state regulations, all prospective new employees/contractors must provide originals for photocopy of their Federal Criminal History Record (DHS FBI Background Check), PA Criminal Background Check, and PA Child Abuse Clearance before commencing the offered position.
