The CentraCare Family Health Center Clinic (located on the 2nd floor of the Northway Clinic) serves patients in Family Medicine. This is a dynamic teaching clinic with Physician Residents and MDs. The caring, consistent staff serves a diverse patient population in the St. Cloud community. Work in an environment where employees are supported in building their skills. Position Details

• Part-Time position
• Working 32-40 hours every two weeks
• Monday-Friday Daytime shifts between the hours of 7:00a.m. and 5:30p.m.
  • Preferred 9 or 10 hour days
• No evenings, weekends or holidays

Current Offerings

• Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $19.66(LPN); $18.62/hour (CMA/RMA); $17.75 (Medical Assistant) higher with experience!
• Comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, Paid Time Off and 401k retirement savings.
• Hiring Bonus for a limited time. $2,500 (LPN) or $2,000 (CMA/RMA/MA)
• Relocation Bonus of $5,000 for eligible candidates

Primary Duties

• Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits.
• Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
• Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
• Assist Providers with clinic procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
• Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff

AND

Licensed Practical Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.

OR

CMA/RMA

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. 
• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
  • Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
• American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
• American Medical Technologists (AMT)
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
• National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
• National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
• National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
• Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)

OR

Medical Assistant

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
