Job Summary:
Provides physical therapy services to patients ranging in age to prevent, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain.
Responsible for treating inpatients and outpatients.
Therapist Assistants are responsible for providing patient treatments/services according to a plan of care established by a Physical Therapist (PT).
Serves patients of all age groups.
Schedule:
Full-time
80 hours every two weeks
Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; every 4th weekend; holiday rotation

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant academic program and successful completion of required clinical training by the academic facility required.
Licensed through the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant required or a current temporary permit required with a Physical Therapist Assistant license required within 90 days of exam.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
No prior professional experience required.
Prior field work experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions.
