You Can Expect:

    Schedule
    • Clinic: Monday-Friday 8A-5P
    • In-Home: Flexible full-time schedule, dependent upon client schedule

    Supervision of Behavior Technicians (BTs)

    Proud members of The Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP), demonstrating our commitment to ongoing quality and best practices in autism services (see attached CASP logo for use, along with use guidelines)
    We are currently working toward accreditation through the Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ), illustrating our dedication to improving the quality, effectiveness, and outcomes of our ABA services
This role will include:
    Conduct ABA assessments (e.g., Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLSS-R, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), etc.) to assess new and existing client skills to write individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
    Analyze and interpret data to monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
    Author reports to updatethe treatment team on client progress toward goal achievement
    Collaborate with key stakeholders such as parents/caregivers/guardians, other medical professionals, educational professionals, and other related service providers to drive client outcomes
    Provide clinical training, support, and supervision to a small team of BTs and serve as their direct manager
    Support BTs through the process of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 6 months of their hire date
    Provides direct ABA therapy as needed to clients
    Collaborates and maintains professional relationships with team members, colleagues, other service providers, and leadership
    Use electronic health record system for clinical documentation and scheduling/billing
Of note:
For home visits- A Driver’s license in good standing, per Centra guidelines is required. When driving a Centra-owned vehicle, Centra is the primary insurer. When driving a privately-owned vehicle for work, personal insurance attached to the vehicle is the primary insurance; Centra insurance will supplement for catastrophic events. Centra will review DMV records annually and verify personal insurance as needed.

Required Qualifications:
    Master’s Degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field
    Supervisory experience in a clinical or educational setting serving individuals with disabilities
    Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
    Actively licensed or licensed eligible as a Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine
    An active driver’s license in good standing
