We are seeking eight security officers to full-fill our requirements for our summer activities in the Cincinnati area. Our company is looking for 8 part-time employees from June to October for part-time security services.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This position requires excellent observation skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle potentially challenging situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security and detect any suspicious activity
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, including emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring authorized entry
- Conduct thorough inspections of the premises to identify any security vulnerabilities or hazards
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
- Utilize conflict management techniques to deescalate tense situations when necessary

Experience:
- Proven experience in a security-related role, preferably in loss prevention or law enforcement
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification is highly desirable
- Military or law enforcement background is a plus
- Strong surveillance skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security risks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
