- Mastermind, implement and optimize outbound emails and marketing automation campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
- Curate, schedule and nurture our social media presence, fostering meaningful interactions and ensuring prompt responses.
- Help with the execution and support of ongoing digital marketing initiatives.
- Report and analyze digital marketing and social media efforts in order to provide recommendations on increasing overall engagement and conversions.
- Write and develop content that is in line with company branding and capabilities for
- Outbound emails
- Literature and sales support
- Company websites
- Research industry-related topics to help generate content ideas for all marketing avenues.
- Manage confidential information.
- Develop an understanding of CentiMark and QuestMarks products and services to develop content and tell our story.
- Stay at the forefront of B2B digital marketing trends, pioneering new approaches and embracing the evolving landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 1-3 years of content experience preferably with a sales and marketing team.
- Attention to detail that ensures no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- BA/BS degree in related fields.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation solutions is a plus.
