Centerville Clinics is in search of a Quality Improvement Analyst for our Fredericktown Location. Applicants can expect to work full-time, normal business hours, Monday - Friday.

Duties:

• Assists the Director of Quality Improvement to ensure the implementation of quality improvements
• Completion of quality improvement assessments at clinic locations
• Monthly chart audits of UDS measures, clinical outcomes and gaps in care
• Works closely with providers and support staff of our medical offices
• Attends meetings with payer groups
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization policy and standards
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality Improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in quality improvement and/or population health, medical coding, or medical office experience
• Working knowledge of electronic health records, data analysis, report preparation skills
• Experience will Microsoft Office - Excel and Word documents
• Must have the ability to work with diverse population, respect patients and maintain patient confidentiality
• Able to multitask
• RN, LPN, or MA experience preferred
