WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:- Work positively as a team member alongside and in harmony with Care Managers, Peer Support Specialists, Nurses, and Psychiatrists/Nurse Practitioners
- Provide individual therapeutic services to individuals in the community or within their homes- Participate in developing a biopsychosocial, individualized treatment plan for each consumer - and constantly update the plan with that person's needs, strengths, and issues as they arise- Maintain a caseload of individuals working on both mental health and substance use concerns simultaneously- Utilize experience and education to provide expert therapeutic services
- Make a huge difference in the lives of people who need support to reach their optimal quality of life
