You'll be a great fit with our team if you:

- Have at least three years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper
- Have an associates degree or higher in accounting (or additional equivalent experience)
- Are located in Washington State
- Can pass a pre-employment background check

Your job duties will include:
- Providing client support on bookkeeping related matters
- Maintaining client books on a weekly or monthly basis
- Running client accounts payable weekly
- Running client accounts receivable weekly
- Running client payroll on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
- Assisting with quarterly and annual tax filings such as sales tax, 941, 940, W2, W3, 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC
- Assisting with client onboarding
- Assisting with new client catch-up and clean-up accounting projects
